Newly furnished home is tastefully decorated. Great base camp for visiting the Black Hills or Monument Health. Quiet neighborhood with restaurants and stores nearby, 1 mile south of downtown Rapid City. Includes laundry in basement, front porch, back deck with grill. Since it is new, I don't have alot of reviews, but all my properties average 4.85.

Summary: Spur of the moment trip to meet family in Rapid City. Booking was easy. I even messed up the datea but the owner made the correction for me quickly. We had internet problems which the owner quickly resolved with just one text. Home was clean and comfy - just south of downtown.

Summary: We chose this place because it was centrally located for the places we wanted to visit. It was clean and very nicely furnished. When the thermostat stopped working and the AC stopped working the owner was over quickly to fix the problem.
