Positive: We like the breakfast and the location is next to the mall. We feel very safe to stay in the hotel.

Negative: There is smell from the pipe which we opened the balcony door and moved the thermostat to lower temperature to keep away the smell.

Positive: Big spacious room. Even though it's not within the city center but is close to the cultural center and a shopping mall is just next to the hotel.

Negative: The property need to check the drainage system in the room. Found baby crockcoach in the toilet upon check-in. Inform the hotel about this and they managed to get rid of it however found 2 more in the middle of the night. Guess it has to be something with the drainage.

Positive: I did not have breakfast

Negative: The comforter is too old and thin during the cold day that I was staying. The pillows are too old , too flat and not comfy. The attitudes of the receptionists were only polite, but with no kindness or warmth welcome. They were just like robots with no smiles or expressions at all. I didn’t feel welcomed.
