Positive: Not very touristic area and because of that, quiet. I appreciated that. Easy access to the motorway and therefore to any part of the Island, so convenient if you want to explore.
Negative: One roll of toilet tissue for 7 days and no spare bin bags. Not a big deal, we bought it and I am not sure if they should be provided in the apartment so apologise if I am being picky. It will be nice though :)

Positive: The flat was clean and modern with good AC and all the equipment required if for an extended stay. It was easy to receive the keys and drop them off. It's convenient for various shops and close to a number of points of interest by car.

Positive: Very clean and easy to check in at any time! Has mosquito vape machines, everything for kitchen, warm blankets in the closets.
Negative: Fridge was disconnected on arrival, we only stayed one night do I didn't bother to turn it. Shame, I wanted to save some food items. Couldn't find how to connect to wifi.
Summary: Easy and comfy place to crash near Nicosia if you have an even or visiting friends/family.
