Summary: We enjoyed a girls' weekend staying here. The place was spacious and relaxing. We had room to play games and plenty of seating for eating breakfast at the bar or small table. There was a larger table, too, but we didn't use that one. It was nice having wastebaskets available other than just in the bathrooms. It was a little far to places that we went but we handled it fine. Traffic is a little noisy and the bedroom and bathroom doors were squeaky, but the beds were comfortable! Bobbie was excellent in responding to any questions we had! I definitely would recommend staying here!

Summary: In town for the American Royal BBQ Competition held at the Kansas City Speedway. This property was perfectly situated approximately 10 minutes drive away. The property is spacious and well cared for. Will certainly look to book it again on our trip back in 2024.
