Summary: We stayed for two nights. Nice and clean hotel, well communicated personnel, convenient location (close to metro, great supermarkets and restaurants, and easy access to old town with tourist places to visit). Highly recommend.

Summary: Asked for late-check out via email days before we arrived, answer: Please ask on arrival On arrival we were told that it only can be confirmed the next day... The next day we were told that it only can be confirmed the next day (again...) In the morning of departure date we were told late-check-out not possible. If there is no late-check out available, why not telling the customer immediately?

Summary: The room was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. They also kindly stored our luggage after check-out, which was much appreciated. The entrance was slightly hard to find as it requires passing through a bus parking area, but the location is convenient, with bus and tram stops about a 10-minute walk away. It was also convenient that a bus from airport stopped at a nearby bus stop.

Summary: When we arrived the guy on reception wasn’t helpful. Only 2 sockets working in the bedroom. The complimentary coffee wasn’t in the room so I had to ask for it twice. The cleaner woke us up both mornings being noisy. On the last day she knocked three times and I kept having to tell her to stop knocking.
