Summary: We were upgraded to a family room but would have rather stayed in superior room due to lack of attention to furnishings. It was a large room and needed more rugs, furniture and wall hanging. So large it could be divided into 2 separate spaces.

Summary: Lovely hotel, highly recommend. The hotel was clean throughout and had friendly helpful staff. The free drink for none room clean is m our second day was a lovely bonus and the bar staff were lovely. Marshmallows were a special treat too. Thank you

Summary: The room was large and also the bathroom. The floor in the bathroom was heated which was nice. The corridor to the room was extremely long and complex and it did not feel (smell) so fresh. Breakfast was good. The room was, however, rather noisy due to the neighborhood
