Positive: Loved this property! Very clean and quiet, I don’t hear any noise for being just across from the train station. Wonderful people in the front desk and location is very close to everything, very much worth it for what we paid. I will stay again in the future…

Positive: The breakfast buffet was excellent. The last day of our trip we needed to take the early train. The staff prepared a lovely breakfast box for the train. It was ready for us upon checkout. They went out of their way to make our stay great.

Negative: Can’t complain. Everything was wonderful. The staff was always helpful. We will stay here again next year during festival time.

Positive: The common area was beautifully designed. The staff were friendly & accommodating. There was complimentary flavoured water & fruit in the lobby along with a wide variety of items to purchase. The room was well planned out with ample storage. We were able to unpack our bags. It felt like home away from home. It had a Nespresso coffee maker, complimentary bottled water, a backlit mirror in the bathroom & a separate magnifying mirror which I really appreciated.

Negative: The bed was a bit too firm.

Summary: One of my favourite hotels. I would definitely stay again
