Positive: The hotel location is good and centrally located. The room even though is on the small size is well designed and functional. Staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast on the top floor has nice view and the area sitting is very cozy.

Negative: The air conditioner in my room was not properly functioning.

Positive: Great location, good quality beds and bedding for a great sleep. Room was spotlessly cleaned every day. Decent bathroom with walk in shower, endless hot water, soaps, grooming kits and dental kits all supplied. Quiet at night. Good breakfast and rooftop bar, coffee shop at street/lobby level. Lovely staff.

Negative: Nothing to dislike.

Summary: Excellent stay, I’ll return here, I come to visit family living in Pleiku.

Positive: Very beautiful and extremely clean. The beds are super comfortable, like in the 5-star hotels. The sliding doors to the balcony are sound proof which is a pleasant surprise. The staff is polite & professional.

Positive: The hotel is located across from unity Square, so it is very convenient and centrally located. The staff were all very helpful and gracious. The breakfast bar on the roof in the morning was lovely. The rooftop is a nice place to enjoy an evening cocktail as well. The room was not very big, but we didn’t spend much time in the room. Most important was that it was clean and well appointed. It has a nice coffee shop on the first floor, but there is not a place to eat lunch at the hotel. You can, however, order food in the evening at the rooftop bar . Upon checkout, staff did a check of the room before we left and found my husband’s envelope with cash in it, and promptly ran it down to us! That honesty speaks for itself. if we would return to Pleiku we would definitely stay here again.
