Positive: The location is superb and close to the centre of the city. The apartment is well kitted out with a washing machine too. It's comfortable and cosy with a well equipped kitchen. Some of the reviews note that the bed isn't comfy but we didn't find this at all! Communication was excellent and although we didn't need to contact throughout our stay, i've no doubt that they would have been available. The space is clean and provides all you need for a stay in the city.

Negative: There were a few things missing such as no chopping board in the kitchen. There were also a few bits that were broken like the shower didn't stay up and the kettle button didn't work unless you held down. The only other thing we noted was that the steps outside got very slippy but no sign or anything to help this. Minor points really!

Positive: LOCATION So close to the tram station Bergen Sentrum from the airport and few minutes walk from main bus and train stations. Very walkable place to tourist spots. AMENITIES So cute studio equip with what you need. We stayed there for a family of 3 and it was a comfortable stay. STAFF Very responsive to queries. VALUE FOR MONEY Affordable place to stay.

Negative: These are not major dissatisfiers, just minor things that I know can be easily improved: 1 Recommending to remove the shelf above the bed, i felt it is not necessary there. We felt unsafe with this esp for kids as it is not screwed properly. 2 Place a frosted glass in the main door just to maintain privacy and security. 3 Provide hangers and hanging line for clothes after washing since washing machine is available for use. 4 Entry lights to be kept on - when we arrive, it was dark and the studio is a little inside a parking space. 5 Entry way to be kept vehicle free - we had issues going out on our first day since there was a parked vehicle in the entry way itself.

Negative: The surroundings could be cleaned of trash & rubbish. By the stairs to the studio was a discarded mattress and other trash. Looked very unkempt. The apartment however was clean but very basic.

Positive: The kitchen has great equipment, the location is close to the center, the bathroom is modern.

Negative: The noise coming from upstairs until 1am was loud and disturbing. The WiFi wasn’t working properly and kept on disconnecting. The space outside the apartment is dirty, creepy and made me feel insecure. Once I got there, two big cars were parked and blocked the entrance. It was almost impossible to reach the place with the bags. The worst thing was the lack of intimacy in this place with the glass window on the entrance door facing the bed! Not to have provided a curtain of some kind is simply not acceptable! It was also not pleasant to receive the information on how to get to the place the day of the arrival, usually this comes 1-2 days prior. And at last, I got at least 4 messages (during a 2 nights stay) telling me to leave the place no later than 11am, on top of the one saying the same thing by the entrance door, this was too much for me.
