Positive: The room is spacious and it has hot and cold shower with good water pressure! There is swimming pool that is really nice for swimming in labuan bajo super hot weather in summer 😃 the place itself quite bit far from center but it's worth to stay when you wanna find peace or calmness 😃 last but not least , Kak Rita, Kay Angel and Fino really humble and helpful ! Overall loving to stay there during in Labuan Bajo
Negative: It's bit far from center with a 200m adventure road access to mainstreet. So if you like suddenly anything you need to drive. It wasn't a problem for us, coz we had a motorbike. Fino also offer always to drive us. The Doors in the house are still Brand-new, so they closing and locking bit hard. Thats all things I dislike a bit.

Positive: Everything is clean. Super quiet as it’s in the mountains. Very spacious room. The place is 28k motorbike ride from town but theres a driver sending you to town upon request.
Negative: A hair dryer would be appreciated. The shower head points at an angle to high.
Summary: Very very good value for money. You wouldn’t regret it here.

Positive: Very nice place!! Comfortable and clean room and great service! Breakfast was good and staff was so helpful.
Negative: There wasn’t much around in the neighborhood but the driver is willing to take you around anywhere!
Summary: So nice and welcoming, would definitely recommend!!
