Summary: Manager was very friendky on phone and at check in. But we got lip service abkut extreme heat in our room. Just open the window. We had heat turned down as low as ot could go and jtcwas still bladting out of heater in bathroom and near front door. We ran the AC to try to get it to a temp where we could sleep. It was a miserable night. No coffee maker and no ice available either.
