Negative: Nothing, it was really well presented and tasty breakfast.

Summary: We got to experience St Patrick's Day in Newpark and it was a great! Would defintely recommend.

Positive: There was a very helpful lady beside reception that showed us how we could use the changing facilities in the gym, as our room was not ready and we were attending a wedding there.

Negative: The junior person on reception just told us the room was not ready. He did not connect that this was an issue as we were due at a wedding. He offered no solution and said he could ring us during the service to let us know an updated status on the room. Only that a more mature lady who totally got the scenario was there, and she solved the problem. Junior staff needed more training.

Negative: Only thing I didn’t like was there strict credit card policy. I seen some family’s extremely upset on arrival to be refused because they didn’t have a credit card even though the had prepaid for their stay. Thank God this didn’t affect us

Positive: the buffet was decent selection for adults and kids. the pool was clean. the Jurassic park is lovely and the bounce house is reasonably priced.

Negative: Very difficult to accommodate parties larger than 4 people. you have to book breakfast dinner and pool all in advance and most times were taken we had no prior warning this had to be booked. we found 2 broken tablets under the bed in our room when child dropped his toy. everything was out of service in the games room the play room was tiny

Positive: Swimming pool was good and the Jurassic Park was fun for the kids. Pasta/pizza restaurant was good!

Negative: Our room had an internal door and we could hear the neighbour snoring very loud all night,I felt I had no privacy because the connection between the rooms was a really thin wall/door

Positive: Nice family friendly style hotel Male on check in was really pleasant Warm cosy lobby area Rooms are spacious Breakfast was nice Tea/Nespresso machine in rooms Wings from scotts bar were good Dino park was a huge hit with our toddler, made the weekend

Negative: -Room was quite cold when we arrived, can't control heating heating from room. Was told heating would come on again 8pm and we could use the electric heater til then. For a four star hotel I'd have thought you could control the heating. Not ideal in January. -The bedside lockers have this glass cover on top. Both my toddler and I scratched ourselves off them on different occasions. My son got down off the bed and his stomach scaped off the corner, the edge felt chipped. Then my elbow hit off it during the night and again I had a cut from the scrape. I'd take the glass away or change the lockers. - Pool changing area had a bad smell - Downstairs is lovely but hotel could do with a bit of a lift in areas - Only one small shampoo in bathroom for two people for two nights
