Summary: Huge property! Plenty of space! We were a huge group! Few concerns, pool was cloudy when we got there. They did call pool maintenance and they came right away to treat pool. It was clear right before we left. Some from my group didn’t mind the green algae and they still swam which I found gross LOL but if they were ok with that oh well. Could use some TLC. Door to pool was hard to open and close! Had to leave door Open because i was afraid that we were gonna break it. No dishwashing pods and very little dish soap and toilet paper so bring your own. My communication with property management was great. I also paid $65 to use grill but gas does not come included. She said she would refund me I honestly haven’t checked if she did. It was in the property agreement so go ahead and make sure you read unlike me. We ended up not grilling. Honestly that was the only thing. We didn’t enjoy the garage with the pool table but that’s cause we were hot but that’s nice to have…..we still had a great time there and I would definitely stay again as long as pool is nice and clear because I did not enjoy it at all LOL

Summary: What I am going to say it’s not totally the owners fault. I recently vacation here and encountered Many issues that were all left by previous guests, but the owner was unaware about ie (things broken not working, pool area not washed down.) home furnishings in great need of updating. Pool malfunction. I worked with the homeowner and management company to be there for repairs and I wasn’t even given any discount and/or partial refund offer.

Summary: Every year me and my two best friends pack up our kids and we are on vacation this year we chose the Orlando area and this house was perfect for us. We have 11 kids under 12 and there was more than enough space. Perfect for us.

Summary: This property address was incorrectly listed on the VRBO website. We chose it because ofthe proximity to Disney and Universal and didn't realize until much later that it is actually located farther away from both those places we were visiting. The address is still incorrectly listed on the VRBO website which we feel is false advertising. The house was fine, but needs some maintenance work. One of the tub/showers in an upstairs bedroom was leaking water under the tub so we didn't use it. The house kitchen could use a better variety of equipment/bowls/etc. for visitors to use. The dryer makes quite a loud clacking sound while drying and it takes a long time to dry items. The central air worked well. The pool was fun for the kids.

Summary: The house was perfect for our family (actually more space than we needed). We planned three rest days in-between Disney park days, and we were able to spend them relaxing in the private heated pool and hot tub.

Summary: This house was plenty big enough for the 13 people we had staying there. It was nice to have our own pool and hot tub. The only things I feel it needs is the game room area updated and a more comfortable mattress in the king suite. Overall a great place!
