Spacious family vacation rental with several different areas for games, fun, and simultaneous relaxing! The property is just a 5 minute walk from the lake - appropriate for children and adults alike. The property has 5 bedrooms, (1 california king, 2 king doubles, 2 doubles, and 2 bunk beds in the final room - sleeping a total of 12 - without utilising any couch space!) 3 good size bathrooms serve the bedrooms well. The property boasts 2 separate lounge areas with comfortable couches seating up to 11 at any one time. The front lounge has a 50" flat screen TV and a stunning iron clad wood burning fireplace, fire wood is provided. Dinner time is a shared enjoyable occasion with a formal dining table that seats 8. The kitchen has just been remodelled and features a breakfast bar that seats 4, caesar stone work surfaces and high end integrated appliances including a dishwasher, large oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. The beautiful lake house has large balconies and yards, both front and back! The front balcony has a large propane gas BBQ and 2 outside dinning facilities that seats 6. The rear deck has a state of the art hot tub nestled into the majestic Tahoe pine trees, the hot tub has several settings which include coloured lighting, water cascades, and an integrated, bluetooth connected music system. Finally the local shuttle has a stop directly outside the house to chauffeur you and your family to the private beach chambers landing which has a private heated swimming pool, tennis courts, lake side restaurant dinning and a unique popular bar on the private pier. The property is fully serviced by wifi. Lake Tahoe is known for it's stunning scenery and defined seasons. Summary: Ths home is beautiful! Our group really enjoyed our stay here. After a long day snow boarding, it was so nice to sit by the fire or get into the hot tub to soak our sore muscles. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are extra appliances in the garage (coffee pots, crockpot, etc). The beds are so comfortable. There are plenty of towles. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. It's only a mile and a half to homewood ski resort. We definitely want to return next year. 👍

Summary: House is oky, there's a camera in dinning area, not that clean linens and carpet there's some chips under the bed not only one room even in leaving room, in the morning we run out of hot water, Washer and dryer is in side one of there bedroom :-). I'll give it 3 Star

Summary: The home was great. We especially loved the sunny deck and the kitchen. The HOA beach and pool are wonderful. The beds were comfortable. Everything you'd hope for a great stay. If I had to give a bit of criticism, I'd say the home could have been more clean. We have an infant who crawls around and we had to move a couple things for safety reasons (boxes of board games on the ground, etc.), and when we moved them, there was bits of food and lots of dust underneath. It also didn't seem like under furniture or tables was very well cleaned. We ended up vacuuming and cleaning the floors within our first couple days. But the bathrooms, counters, and linens were clean, so that's all most people hope/expect. And lookout for the silliest toaster ever. It burns/doesn't cook your toast so that a three letter company name gets put into the bread. It's pretty funny. Luckily, there's a great toaster oven right next to it. We'd gladly stay here again.
