Accessible from the street with no stairs the home has been completely renovated and updated from floor to ceiling throughout. New IKEA kitchen and Whirlpool appliances including dishwasher and refrigerator with cold water and ice dispenser. Fresh paint and hard flooring throughout. All beds and bedding are new. The three second floor bedrooms all have new Queen sized beds. The main floor has a bedroom with a twin over double bunk and a separate office with desk and chair. High speed internet is available throughout. Large kitchen table and 6 chairs for comfortable for large family dinners. New grill and patio table and lawn chairs for relaxing on the deck.

Summary: The place is very well maintained, host provided every thing needed. convenient and close to to all shopping in Parry Sound. It was a very hot week-end, all bedrooms have fans, one bedroom did not have nets on the window and another needs to be fixed. if this is done the heat is manageable. Other than that the place was excellent..

Summary: 8 adults stayed very comfortably. That huge kitchen table was perfect for a large family. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, including the Keurig coffee maker. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of space. Walking distance to anything you need. On site parking for two cars, and plenty of other overnight space very near by. Owner was great with communications, and check in process was so effortless. Would definitely stay here again!
