Positive: Location was ok only 25 minute drive to central great parking, house was warm with central heating and free WiFi was available. TVs has no signal upstairs but Netflix worked fine.

Negative: Could have been cleaned a bit better the showers all need new mastic, it was a bit grim, reminded me of a caravan, but for 1 night it wasn’t bad although I don’t think I’d recommend.

Positive: Very clean and tidy property in a peaceful street within easy walking distance to Bury centre. It represents excellent value for a stopover hosting up to 5 people in a no frills setting. Good communication by agent 👍

Negative: I could be picky but feel it would be unfair. For what we paid for 1 night it was superb. Clean, tidy, quiet, and everything worked with no issues.

Positive: The location is fantastic 2 min walk to the rock on a quiet street with private secure parking at the rear

Negative: I dont think the family area requires a full kitchen 8+ wall and floor units with tall fridge freezer this very much restricts seating to the kitchen table or the very small very low sofa,personally id have a small intergrated fridge freezer and just use the corner for minimal units and worktop area to allow for a 3 seater sofa + armchair so you can relax and watch tv after a stressfull day with the kids , but thats just my opinion id definately stay again

Positive: Spacious bedrooms really comfortable beds good parking and close to town

Negative: Only one wine glass, bathroom on front needs new grouting in the shower...needs a touch up. Stairs are really steep. Sofa in front room is like a child's seat and not fit for purpose.
