Summary: We had such a great time! There were so many things to make our beach/ pool vacation easy- plenty of chairs, beach towels, umbrella, toys, you name it. Location was perfect, and we truly loved eating out on the deck. (We also lucked out with perfect weather most of the week.). Great house!

Summary: This house is perfect location to walk to beach, shops and restaurants. The layout of the house worked well as we stayed with another family. We had enough space to hang out inside and out! The pool and outside seating was also great for the kids to play and adults to lounge! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Summary: Great place for beach lovers and pool lovers! Walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, and mini golf! Full of amenities needed for the beach! Lots and lots of bath towels - thank you! **this place had a For Sale sign so I’m not sure how much longer it will be available. Book this while you can!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Atwood home. The home was perfect for 7 adults ( spacious, laid out well ...) The kitchen had all you needed for cooking. I appreciated that they left stuff in pantry from prior guests ( paper plates, napkins....) I always leave my extras & always hope it gets left for the next guests. Loved the beach chairs / wagon / cooler. It made going to the beach so much easier. We rented bikes for the week & had a ball biking everyday. The pool was warm & inviting. Great stay.

Summary: This is the second time we stayed in this lovely home. It is perfect for a medium to large family with plenty of open communal living and eating space, good sleeping configurations, and a very nice pool area. The host is nice, prompt, responsive, and very easy to work with.I strongly recommend the property and look forward to likely staying there again in the future.

Summary: This house was a great find for our party of 8. We were traveling soon after Hurricane Milton and there were questions about the island and the house itself. The owners were extremely helpful and east to communicate with. They let us know what was going on down there. The house had more than enough room for all of us. The pool area was amazing and the beach was right down the street. Great dining options were endless. Everyone said they would return here in a heartbeat. The pictures and description say it all.

Summary: Awesome vacation rental. We vacationed on Marco island with my daughter and her family. What can I say. This was a great rental. The pool was great. The boys are 10 and 12 and having the heated pool kept them busy. They could swim anytime while we relaxed. Being kids they had to use the bathroom a lot and having one near pool was nice. Lots of pool toys available. Water was perfect temperature for us all. Lots of outdoor seating. Lounge chairs, outdoor couch, table with chairs. Plenty for all. This rental had all the kitchen appliances and tools you needed. Including a crockpot. Lots of seating in door and out door for dining. We loved the upper deck for eating and playing games. Living space was very comfortable. Appeared to have brand new couches. Bedrooms comfortable and pretty quiet if someone wanted to watch TV late. Having all the things for the beach was a plus. We have stayed at numerous vacation rentals with family and or friends and this was one of the better ones. We really enjoyed it.
