Summary: So this place is quiet, and it's not to far from everything as far as town/ attractions ect. Its very spacious, nice place to stay, owners were nice and very quick to answer all my questions. Definitely need to update pic to show how nice this place actually is its really pretty. Definitely will be coming back to stay when u go to Virginia again!! 😀

Summary: The pictures look great but when we got there the place was a mess and no one knew what the other was doing. We also had someone unlock our door see me and my daughter there said they had the wrong side to clean and went to the other side. The rooms didn't look like the pictures and the front and back yards were not well maintained. Definitely need more communication

Summary: I am a traveling medical technologist, I wanted a place that was relatively close to Sentara CarePlex. Less than 10 minute drive to work, and close to some neighborhood parks. The shared wall of this duplex is in the living room, and that makes the bedrooms on either end of the house. Fairly quiet neighborhood, and the fenced-in yard is perfect for dog owners.

Summary: I stayed in 225B for 2.5 months. The place is comfortable and the landlord responds quickly to text message. The place is very spacious for the price. The hardwood floors are in very good condition as well. This listing is one half of a duplex, so there will be people on the other side of the living room wall that share a common foyer. The walls are a little thin. The surrounding area doesn't leave great first impressions, but the street the house is on is the nicest in the neighborhood and I did not have any issues with any of the neighbors.
