Summary: The house has a lot of character & was perfect for our group (2 moms with 7 school age kids). The neighborhood, while not the best in St Louis, was quiet, felt safe enough, and was a 10-15 minute drive from all the major city attractions.

Summary: The house is amazing! Redone beautifully, leaving amazing history intact. The area is a bit older, but very safe. Brandon was very easy to reach when we had to cut our trip short. I would 100% stay again if I’m in the area. Family friendly. Cozy. Clean. Won’t disappoint.

Summary: Located in the middle of everything fun to do in St. Louis including the Budweiser Brewery, Cardinal Village, Forest Park, The Hill, and the Arch! There was plenty of room for our family to relax too!

Summary: House itself is lovely. Communication was good with host. Location is either up and coming or sorta sketchy. Back gate needs repair as it's very difficult to open and close. Bathrooms and kitchen were not at all clean when we arrived. It looked like a very cursory cleaning job had been done. Found real handcuffs in the kitchen cabinet? Ants in kitchen got into our food. Hot/cold water reversed in one bathroom sink. Ceilings are REALLY high and beautiful (like 12-13 feet), but makes it impossible to adjust fan/light. So two rooms had light and no fan and one room had fan and no light. Only had exactly 7 towels for 7 guests and they were honestly a little grungy. Dirt towel left on back hook of one bathroom. I think the cleaning thing is the biggest. Your cleaners absolutely need to do a better job. It was grimy throughout.
