Positive: Good location, quiet community, very spacious apartment with all the comfort from home like laundry, fully equipped kitchen (literally), it even had complimentary coffee and beach chairs for us to use.

Negative: The pillows in the master bedroom may need changing as they were very flat.

Positive: From our initial communication Randy was polite & accommodating. The apartment has been remodeled and it’s as if brand new, quaint and modern at the same time with a wonderful lake view, plenty of windows/light, very spacious and extremely clean. It had everything we needed and all worked perfectly. The location is excellent as it’s a short (15sh min drive) to anywhere a tourist might want to visit in Naples. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to coming back.

Summary: As good as a vacation rental experience could be:)
