Lots of light, huge screened in patio area with wonderful tropical views, furnished with table and 6 chairs, overhead fan, two lounge chairs & Weber BBQ Grill. This townhouse features two bedrooms plus a den with a couch that converts into a full bed. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The living room has a 50 ' HDTV with Netflix. The second level has two bedrooms, the Large master suite with king-size bed, huge shower area and two separate sinks with vanities. The Second bedroom features two twin beds and full bath with shower. The third bathroom on the first level adjacent to the den has a shower. Large eat-in kitchen just renovated with maple cabinets and granite counter tops, looks into dining and living room areas and has plenty of counter space. There is also a 1 car garage with washer/dryer. PGA national resort and spa features 5 championship golf courses. We are located off the 15th tee box of the Champ, was home of the Honda Classic. Summary: Wow, what a beautiful home !!! Spacious, airy, and well maintained. Owners spared no expense or detail to ensure guest comfort. Beds were luxurious, furnishings that wrapped their arms around us. We especially adored the over all jungle decorating theme. Clearly the owners possess an eye for design. Very intimate and personal feel. Peace and tranquility were ours for the taking in this lush manicured community with beautiful plantings and mature trees. We enjoyed walks on the ample pathways, and could walk to the community pool. No time for "tee" time but we did manage "tea" time. The kitchen is so well equipped including a Weber BBQ grill we ate most of our meals here. There is a Publix less than a mile away for staples. Don't miss Spoto's Oyster Bar. If you are a foodie, Josephs Classic Market is well worth the visit. Karen and Clint were very informative and a pleasure to deal with. They made us feel like old friends.

Summary: There's not much more to say than - simply superb! Perfectly outfitted spacious home on one of the PGA National golf courses; and even nicer that it's secluded within a private nestle of tall, lush trees. Every attention to detail has been thought of, and each room is splendid in its décor and comfort. We rarely ate out, as there was ready-access to everything needed in the fully equipped kitchen, and a great weber gas grill on the patio. The nearby community pool was warm, crystal clear and perfectly refreshing. Clint and Karen - we so enjoyed everything about your lovely home and we look forward to coming back next year!

Summary: We rented Feb/March 2015...the tundra winter in the northeast. The house is extremely comfortable from the beds, linens and the huge couch in the living room. There is a great den downstairs that we used as an office. We brought our laptop and hooked up the printer scanner. The kitchen is updated and well designed and appointed with everything you could think of. We cooked a lot at home. Large BBQ outside. We ran out of propane and they even had a spare ready. It's right on the 15th hole of the champions course. So much fun when the Honda Classic was there last weekend of February. Played all the 5 golf courses, used the resorts pool, hot tub, gym, bikes in the garage. We even caught fish in the lake right outside the back door. We had guests twice and each couple said they found the guest room really comfy and the ensuite bathroom was a bonus for them. If you love shopping, it's 10 minutes from the gardens mall and the Palm beach outlets. There are restaurants galore as well. We saw a concert at the Hard Rock Casino about 45 minutes away. Just so much to do. PGA National is redoing the fitness center from the bottom up this year as well. We loved it so much we have already signed up for 2016. Summary: The experience of staying in this most appealing condo was absolutely delightful. We enjoyed its very spotlessly clean and most attractive rooms, the ample supplies which Clint and Karen had of everything, from kitchen utensils and necessities, to technological devices, including many televisions and a PC, more closet space, towels, etc. than we could have hoped for and lovely scenic surroundings. All in all the lovely home is cheerful, superbly equipped and very well situated next to recreational facilities, a beach, markets and restaurants. Karen and Clint also supplied a most helpful collection of menus from their favorite nearby restaurants. We ended our stay at one of them and the food was delicious. This home is in sum a perfect place to be in year round as well as for a vacation. Last, but also most important, we greatly appreciated how helpful and responsive Clint and Karen were prior to and during our stay if we needed to reach them. They are very gracious and their home reflects their thoughtful and thorough attention to providing a wonderful vacation experience for those who rent their home.

Summary: The townhouse was as advertised and photographed. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Various amenities not described but included: Large living room with 50"" television with access to Netflix; large walk-in shower in master bedroom; guest pass (after appropriate faxed document) to PGA National allowing for use of the Fitness Center, golf range and discounted greens fees (we did not opt for golf membership for the week). Only minor drawbacks: faucet design in Master Bath limited water flow and so hot water was slow in coming, but the shower was perfect; no Keurig but owner indicated the next time we came they would have one. My wife and I had a wonderful time and would not hesitate in staying there again.

Summary: I stayed here for 8 days and it was perfect. The entire condo was extremely clean and exceeded the pictures. Beds were comfortable and the sectional couch was outstanding. Patio area was very nice to relax after a long day. Very easy to enter and exit with the front door electronic lock. Highly recommend this rental to anyone!

Summary: From the moment we stepped inside we felt at home. Clint and Karen have thought of everything to make this truly feel like a home away from home. This is a spacious, immaculate, and well maintained home. The beautiful well thought out décor gives it a Tuscany vibe. It doesn’t feel like a typical Florida rental. The home lives up to the photos and more! The beautiful kitchen and dining area are very inviting. We love to cook and we really looked forward to preparing a dinner or two at home rather than going out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Much more than expected in a rental. The attention to detail is evident in this house. Form the well stocked kitchen pantry to the thoughtful touches such as plenty of beach towels and sunscreen. There is even a cooler for the beach. The bathrooms as well were fully stocked with all the necessities. We LOVED it and highly recommend this beautiful rental!
