Positive: Walking distance to grocery and restaurants.

Negative: The exterior of the place is., cigarette butt's and leaves, and the garbage outside left me wondering what to expect inside. Alas, it was comfortable. Could use another comfy chair when there are 4 people staying, the one chair is not safe.

Positive: Very near the city centre. Very complete and well equipped flat. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Well kept and clean.

Negative: The small beds mattresses were a little sunken.
