Positive: Lovely host and facilities. Pictures don't do the space justice - very spacious!

Negative: Nothing. It was perfect for our overnight stay. One minor point that the heating seems to be on a timer and it was quite a warm day so we were keen to turn this off. Some instructions to do this might help (we might have missed them..!)

Positive: Such a clean and beautiful property with very comfy beds. Was so impressed with it!! Jo was so helpful too and I love the little notes about recommendations in the area. We all said if any of us are ever in the area again we would definitely be coming back. A beautiful garden too and all round lovely property. It felt so safe being down its private driveway too and the parking was directly outside the front. The kitchen has a dishwasher (tablet provided) and a washing machine too although we didn’t need it as only staying one night. Great little set of toothbrush and mini toothpaste which was perfect for the ones who forgot theirs! Would highly highly recommend this property!!

Negative: We dropped stomach crumbs from breakfast and thought we’d use the Hoover on the wall to clean it but it didn’t have a battery so we couldn’t so we did feel bad. But nothing we didn’t like at all!!

Positive: The photos and description don't give the best impression. it is a 3 bedroom home with single beds. 2 in 2 rooms and a single room as well as a sofa bed. All very comfy and clean. Good communication and location.

Negative: Lack of loo roll, no spares. No bin in bathroom. No hook in bathroom.

Positive: The location was excellent as our Church is 10 mins away in Beech avenue NG24. We cooked our own meals The house was beautiful, very homely and would want to book for our next Church programs in Newark. It really felt a home from home. Hoping the price will be reasonable for a 10 day stay in June 2025. We truly loved it.
