Negative: AC hardly reaches the bedroom level, however in my case it was not a big problem since I stayed in early December when it is not yet too hot

Positive: This place was honestly stunning. Such a unique apartment/loft, packed with all the necessary amenities. The apartment came with blow dryers, toiletries, kitchen utilities and was located in a hidden alley behind the busiest street. An amazing area to be staying in, was near bus locations, cafes, late night food stops, clubs and convenience stores. It definitely wasn’t sound proof, if you’re staying throughout the weekend, you will hear late night club goers but it wasn’t much of an issue for us during our stay. The host was very accomodating, made the check in process extremely smooth and easy for us, provided all the necessary information and checked in constantly.

Negative: Though there were some issues that can be fixed for future guests.. Our bed sheets were quite dirty with stains and it seemed that the quilt cover doesn’t actually close properly? so the duvet just kept coming undone with no way to properly keep it together.. showing the dirty duvet in the covers, which made our sleep quite uncomfortable. When we first checked in, there were small bugs in the bathrooms but that issue was resolved for a bit with the bug spray provided. Overall though, this place is amazing nevertheless.

Summary: Gorgeous place, great location, provided everything and accomodating host.

Positive: Fantastic inner city location, on an admittedly very grungy street. Fab art work and well set up small apartment. Excellent weekend stay for two.

Positive: The styling and fit out were superb. Great use of space, love the blinds, stair case and loft area and the location is fantastic. Even the bathroom is a nice surprise hidden away, just very execution of a small space, i loved it.

Negative: The noise on Saturday woke me up with lots of drunk people yelling outside at 1am. That's the only challenge i had. I know some reviews said there should be some blinds in the window upstairs because the sun comes through in the morning, but i just wore an eye mask......improvise people!

Summary: Fantastic location in Surrey Hills/Darlinghurst, a loft that is elevated with it's styling & space.

Negative: A superb apartment In absolutely every way except it was very noisy. Rubbish trucks collected from 3am onwards and loud talking etc from the night clubs started at 4am. Such a pity as it is a super fabulous apartment! Any chance of double glazing? Would solve the problem!
