We agree and are pleased to offer this enchanting five thousand square foot Santa Fee style home located in the aptly titled Solitude Canyon overlooking Eagle Mountain Golf Club. The entire home was remodeled and professionally decorated in 2017. Located in the exclusive guarded-gate community of Eagle Mountain on the border of Scottsdale and fashionable Fountain Hills, this wonderful home is perched on an elevated vantage point in the foothills of McDowell mountain yet right in the heart of the golf mecca which is the Sonoran Desert.
Few homes fit so comfortably into the natural scenic beauty of Eagle Mountain Golf while still availing of man-made wonders such as the highly-rated golf course below and the world-famous Fountain Park Fountain which reaches a height of 550 feet. That’s right, 550 feet into the air; higher than Notre Dame Cathedral, the Washington Monument, the Great Pyramids of Egypt and three times as high as Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park. As you enjoy the amazing sunsets and secluded mystery and desert serenity, keep in mind that you are just minutes from Scottsdale and the world-class dining, art galleries, shopping and literally over 100 golf courses which populate the Valley of the Sun.
Inside the home we trust you will feel at ease tucked away in a one-of-a-kind luxurious setting in the southwest. Fine art and all new furniture engineered for comfort and designed for entertaining greet you in the spacious entry way and living room. Once inside you will immediately notice the vaulted ceilings, fire places and new flat screen televisions. You can enjoy the wonderful view of the foothills through the large windows throughout the day and chose to dine at the formal dining table or outside on one of the spacious patios. Although we know guests will want to avail themselves of all Scottsdale has to offer by way of dining, we hope you will put the kitchen to use. In addition to brand new stainless-steel appliances and a full accompaniment of cooking equipment and utensils, the expansive counter space and bar is perfect for fellowship and entertainment.
This spacious home has ample space for any sized family or group while providing comfort, intimacy and privacy. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are fashioned with the finest brand-new linens and towels. The art is designed to reflect the home’s unique positioning in the foothills and includes works by local artists. Much of the interior collection is from Restoration Hardware. Please enjoy reading a book from the library or a game of billiards on the new pool table. The master bedroom and master bath include a sitting area, his and her vanities, plenty of closet space, stand-alone bathtub and an indoor/outdoor shower we know you will love. The home includes two other bedroom suites fully acquainted and decorated so that any guest should be pleased to enjoy their stay. The fourth bedroom is a “kids” room with two tri-level bunk beds and plenty of space. The home also includes 4 and a half bathrooms, so you won’t need to worry about lines or traffic.
As much as we believe you will love the air-conditioned home, we suspect your favorite area will be one or both spacious outdoor patios, including a dining area under and elevated ceiling with privacy curtains. The large stylish outdoor decks are equipped with bar-b-que, comfortable furniture, a jacuzzi and negative edge pool with waterfall (unheated) overlooking one of the more challenging holes of Eagle Mountain. We hope you can find time to dine or even snack or work at the outdoor dining table and truly take in the amazing sights, sounds and ambiance of Solitude Canyon. As an added bonus, you can take in not only golfers below, but when the urge hits, simply listen to the lovely sound as the desert hums or catch a rare bird or bobcat, coyote or javalina in the hills.

Summary: This house is in a spectacular setting with amazing views. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms but don’t count on using the bunks for anyone but kids. The living room furniture is old and not comfortable and only seats 8. The floor has large gaps and is quite dangerous for shoes with high heels. Be careful. There were no wine glasses and not enough serving dishes to accommodate 12 guests and we were only 8. The kitchen was our biggest frustration. Manager was responsive to our shortages and questions but needs to address the kitchen issues Would I return? No. Did the house fulfill my need? Yes.

Summary: This is a nice home with an amazing view in a gated Fountain Hills community. We found everything we needed to make dinners and enjoy ourselves on our November golf trip. Property management was very responsive to our questions. There are several good golf courses that are only a short drive from the home including We-ko-pa (2 great courses), Sunridge Canyon and Eagle Mountain.

Summary: I work for a luxury hotel chain so never needed to rent a house so this was our first booking and boy did it not disappoint! The property was immaculate, clean and perfect for what we were looking for. The house was big enough that everyone had their own space but also able to all be together as well. The kids loved the pool and there were pool toys for them to enjoy. They also loved sleeping in the bunk room, such a memory for them to be together in one room, ultimate sleepover! The neighborhood was safe and getting through security was easy. The views from any window were breathtaking and reminded us every morning of how beautiful Arizona is. The communication between the management was great and they allowed us to stay a little longer on checkout day due to some unforseen airline changes. I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for luxury and comfort and a safe place to relax. Great for any occasion! Thanks for allowing us to stay and enjoy your property!
