Summary: We wish we could've stayed longer! The property is a newly updated, fun and unique stay!! Beautiful views! Appreciated the well maintained sturdy wodden stairs up to the space. Geno is very friendly and accomidating! Short walk to dining, historic markers, and docs. Hope we find our way back to this lovely town!

Summary: We booked this for our wedding vows at Cutler Coast and could not have asked for a better stay. Some things we enjoyed: Waking up to views of the sunrise over the bridge to Campobello island. Enjoying the peaceful town of Lubec. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Cooking meals in the kitchen (I’m vegan, limited options for dining out in Lubec). The king sized bed. Two bathrooms. Lots of sun pouring through the windows and skylights. 10/10 recommend!

Summary: We enjoyed a most wonderful week at Geno’s place. Many happy afternoons on the deck watching the tides and the birds! The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The walk into town is short. Very convenient to coffee and brewery! A great place to stay.
