Positive: Spacious. Stunning views of Acropolis and all of Athens - two balconies below (East/West), and a huge roof terrace above the apartment with a 360 degrees view of the city. It must be one of the highest placed locations in Athens. Walking distance to all the main attractions in the centre of the city. Nice contemporary design and OK quality furniture (not luxury, but far better - and cleaner - than I have seen in other holiday apartments). Not completely newly renovated (hey, it’s Athens… it’s supposed to have a bit of wear….), but the place felt clean, comfortable and was well equipped - although we never cooked, it was nice to feel at home with oils, seasonings, pots and pans… we did enjoy the Nespresso coffee and tea, though. We are a family with teenagers - the apartment has two separate sleeping sections which worked great. In the ‘adult’ section, open to the rest of the place, there is a shower room and a tiny toilet - and it worked OK. The teenagers had the better bathroom, though, and an extra door to secure privacy to their section :). Not to forget, the absolute highlight of the accommodation was Hanni who greeted us upon arrival and who was the best concierge we’ve ever had. If we needed anything, he helped within minutes. Tips and tricks, great and small, recommendations for restaurants, bars, places to go. Outstanding service! Communication with the main rental company was good and very personal too. We definitely felt like more than ‘just another tenant’.

Negative: The apartment is rather noisy as it is close to one of the main roads. This took away some of the joy of using the otherwise wonderful terraces. And there was no furniture on the (West) balcony outside - a shame as it would have been a nice place for our kids to soak up the afternoon sun. The neighbourhood feels very safe, but somehow it an area specialised in engine repairs - lots of workshops and no charming window shopping at all.

Positive: This apartment must have the best view in the whole of Athens - like a very swankey hotel bar, but all to ourselves. Easy walk of everything you'd want to see in Athens. Good local restaurants. Did I say amazing rooftop terrace for sipping wine and looking out to the Acropolis? Hanni was fantastic waiting for us with keys after midnight when our flight was 4 hrs late.

Negative: The lift was a bit tricky to manage - we got there on the last day!

Summary: Outstanding view of the Acropolis. Spacious modern apartment. Short walk from sights and restaurants

Positive: The roof terrace was stunning and well laid out.

Negative: The property is described as having 3 bathrooms but that is misleading. There is one shower cubicle, one WC and one combined bath/shower/WC. The property wasn't presented very well for guests and looked as though it had been empty for a while.

Summary: Good location, lovely views but presentation was not great and not brilliant value for money.

Positive: Apartment was stunning, both inside and out with amazing views. Loved the rooftop terrace, where we went to start each day and finish each evening. Brilliant location in nice area. Very clean and comfortable. We stayed for 5 days and were reluctant to leave. Hani, who met us was very helpful. Responded to questions and queries very quickly and also helped organise a taxi so we could move to the next stage of our Greek adventure. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Negative: Could just have done with a few more glasses and a wider variety.

Positive: Very clean and well located apartment with a beautiful view to the acropolis. Hanni welcomed us at the apartment and gave us very good information and tips for visiting the city and also helped us arranging a transfer to the airport. It is only a 15 minute walk to the acropolis and a lot of touristic spots are close to the apartment so we could walk to almost everything. There are also a lot of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. the best of the apartment is the terrace with the view. The kitchen was also well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay.Thank you for everything!
