Positive: Cozy studio with free exercise every time you go out. Also comes with a nice view, since it's on a higher floor (heads up: no elevator). Location is pretty close to the center. Nice neighborhood.

Negative: Walking up with a backpack, 20 kg of checked-in luggage, and a normal bag is rather challenging: I was sweating like crazy during 34 C. Bright side: free exercise. So people with mobility issues might need to think twice.

Positive: The apartment has a wonderful location right in the city center – everything is close by: grocery stores, a park, the Old Town, and even a Starbucks. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. It’s only a 20–25 minute walk from the airport, so if you travel with hand luggage, you can easily get there on foot while enjoying the streets of Corfu for the first time. We were warmly welcomed at check-in and everything was just perfect!

Positive: Great location in the heart of town and close to the seaside with nearby restaurants, cafes and shops. Clean and spacious.

Negative: 4 flights of stairs without elevator. Had to turn on the boiler for hot water so you need to wait before getting in the shower each time. The first evenings of our stay water pressure was very low but this might be a problem of the wider area.

Summary: Top location, very clean - hard to climb up the stairs and issues with the water.

Positive: I loved the location! Perfectly central!

Negative: smell from the bathroom. Lots of stairs! We didnt mind but taking suitcases up and down could definitely be a challenge if you have mobility restraints!

Positive: Great view from the apartment. Very quiet. Perfect location.

Negative: The water pressure in the shower is very low, but this is most probably related to the water company serving the location.

Positive: The apartment was spacious & comfortable & quiet. The location was excellent, just on the border of the old town centre so very central to everything.

Negative: If the drain cover in the bathroom is open set it to close. It was open & when we used the washing machine some of the water came up through the drain & it didn’t smell very good. Spiros had somebody come over very quickly & helped to sort it out. Unfortunately the drainage system in the area is not great but no fault of the apartment owner. There are also a fair amount of stairs up to the apartment which I was aware of when I booked, but this could be a problem for some people.

Summary: Clean, spacious & comfortable apartment. Close to everything in the old town

Positive: Excellent and warm welcome. New Studio is located ideally in the centre of the Old Town, and there is lots to see and do nearby. On the fourth floor with stairs access only, and running water sometimes does not work in the Old Town overnight, but all this was worth it for a fantastic stay!

Positive: amazing little apartment in the heart of Corfu town, 7 minutes walk from the bus stop, just few steps from bakeries, bars, restaurants, very close to the promenade by the sea and the fortress. It is at 4th floor without an elevator, but it was ok for us. The host was very helpful and responsive, we had an issue with the car we rented and she was immediately ready to help. Highly recommend!
