The Space:
-Guests will have private access to the upper level of the home. The basement living area will be locked off and is unavailable for guest use. The owners of the home travel frequently and may be staying in the basement apartment during your visit.
Bedroom 1: King bed on main level w/ attached bath.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed on main level with shared bath
Bedroom 3: Queen bed on main level with shared bath.
Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds on upper level with attached bath.
Things to Note:
- All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed.
- If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
-Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.
- For guests protection, there are multiple security cameras located around the exterior of the home. No cameras are inside the home.
-Sorry, no pets allowed.
-No outside guests allowed on property.

Summary: This was a last minute rental coming to this VRBO. Our other VRBO rental property fell through, and we had to find a place to stay same day in Nashville. The property manager was amazing very quick to respond to my request and got us into the house same day. This is a newer home on the market, did not have any hairdryers, and when I messaged the property manager, he had two delivered later that night. Pool is absolutely fabulous. The backyard and pool area is secluded and quite private. It’s good to have a vehicle staying here as it’s about a 25 minute drive to downtown. Plenty of room for us seven girls to stay. We had farm fresh eggs delivered to us daily which we enjoyed. Quiet neighborhood.
