Positive: The location/view.

Negative: The property is very dated with numerous areas of wear and damage (kitchen cabinets, bathroom wallpaper, tiled bathroom vanity tops, window hardware and screening to mention a few). The only updates that were made were new furniture, kitchen countertop and downstairs flooring. The property being dated didn’t actually bother us but the rental company trying to claim damages to the already heavily discolored and stained off-white carpet that we did not cause and were present upon arrival really put a downer on our stay. I highly recommend taking a walk through video upon arrival to record the state of the entire house so that you are not on the hook for any damages done not by your party.

Positive: it was very clean. it was well priced. memory foam beds were comfortable and the view is incredible. it was very quiet and the neighborhood felt safe and friendly

Negative: the pots and pans all need to be replaced. almost all have peeling teflon and are not safe for use. the heater in two of the bedrooms made loud screaming noises and had to be turned off. the downstairs "bedroom" had a window sized hole in the wall that made it difficult to use the kitchen and living area while that person was sleeping. there was insufficient toilet paper and paper towels, only one towel per person provided and no extra blankets. it is anxiety provoking not to receive checkin information until the moment of check in

Summary: a few negatives but not deal breakers. they have some opportunities to make it more comfortable.
