Summary: My family and I stayed here for my graduation weekend at University of Tennessee. The home was beautiful, quiet, close to anything we needed with no issues. The pictures don’t do it justice. This home was gorgeous and made my moment so much better because everyone was comfortable and taken care of from the moment they arrived. I wish we stayed longer. The owner was super friendly and responsive when I had questions about the home and recommendations. Truly an amazing experience. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

Summary: We could not have selected a better home and host for our family Thanksgiving gathering this year. The home was beautiful, cozy, and very well appointed. We were able to create a Thanksgiving feast for 17 with ease in the modern and sleek kitchen. Everything we needed except food and spices was already available in the home. The kids loved the huge backyard and river views. We were close to everything we wanted to do on our vacation as well. The split living spaces gave us quiet places for people to retreat to when the hectic nature of the whole family get to be a bit to much. We would recommend this property and these hosts without reservation.

Summary: This is a beautiful home with a lovely backyard on the river. It is a block off the main road, but we were pleasantly surprised that we did not experience any road noise. We took a shuttle bus to and from Neyland stadium, and traffic was a breeze. As mentioned in the listing, two of the bedrooms are in the fully furnished basement. These do have a separate entrance that requires you to go outside.

The host Amy was amazing and made sure to let me know she was always available in case of anything. Nothing happened but it was nice knowing help was a phone call away.
