Close to grocery stores, mall, restaurants, entertainment places, etc. It has a big open driveway that can fit up to 6 cars alone with a garage that can fit 2 cars. Brand new furnishing throughout the entire home. New photos will be uploaded soon. The outside has a huge pool with brand new outdoor furniture, BBQ area and fire pit. You will absolutely love it!

Summary: Overall nice property. Wedding weekend and my grandchildren loved the pool. Host was nice and very responsive . Master Bed is really soft and children room bunk beds squeak is you roll over It’s a very nice house and we did enjoy our stay

Summary: Enjoyed a family reunion & this very clean house felt like a home. Located in a family-friendly neighborhood. 4 adults & 4 kids (ages 4, 6, 9, 12) with plenty of room for everyone to sleep & lounge. Games for all ages, a fun park/playground nearby a pool & hot tub. Home fully stocked didn't have to purchase any supplies, except food. Host replied quickly to all questions & The Guide explained everything we needed to know @ check-in/out & house rules. Would highly recommend!

Summary: our stay was as expected. The property was well stocked with everything you could need for the stay. we were there for nearly a week and were in town for a relatives wedding. We had a few relatives over one night for a BBQ and hot tub and again we had everything we needed. Everything worked in the house and we had plenty of room. The property is dated and could definitely use some painting and interior decorations, but other than that it was exactly as described. Would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay again if we needed a place in Thousand Oaks. We were going to Disneyland after this and left some clothing in the house by mistake, we contacted the property manager and he shipped the clothing to us, much appreciated!

Summary: Had all the amenities that you dont want to pack - coffee, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, towels, etc the description was accurate and the guidebook had everything in it to know how to operate the jacuzzi. The perfect stay for our family of 8. It a good neighborhood. Host was very helpful.

Summary: It was just perfect & such a joy that we could share this home with some of our cousins & family after my Dad’s funeral & luncheon in Westlake Village. The house is beautiful and very comfortable if I could suggest perhaps having more outside lighting in the front I think it would enhance the appearance also help those who go out driving at night upon returning home for safety.

Summary: Great place for family - specially with toddler- you can walk to the park in 5 minutes, it has slides, swings and lots of other fun stuff. back yard is beautiful and well maintained. there is lemon tree and avacado tree in the back . there is also pool - that looks great- but we are not swimmers - will definitely come back and recommend to others , host is very responsive :)

Summary: This house was perfect for our friends stay in Thousand Oaks. 4 bedrooms were a perk, but the pool and hot tub were the reason we picked this house. Everything was as shown, house in nice condition, safe neighborhood, close to great restaurants and a grocery store.

Summary: Here to visit mother/grandmother/great grandmother nearby. Location of rental near major transportation routes and shopping / restaurants was great. ALso, the hot tub was a real hit for our grandchildren, ages 2-6. Very accommodating host with good communications. Documentation very good as well. Will use this rental again if need arises.
