This immaculate three-bedroom two bath freshly renovated home is on a quiet cul-de-sac in The Villages Florida, designed for guest 55 and older. Located in the village of Piedmont a short distance from Nancy Lopez Country Club and Chatham Recreation Center & family pool.
Large open floorplan welcomes you with beautiful new tile floors throughout the entire 2174 square foot house. This home has been freshly painted inside and outside. All new furnishings, new beds/mattresses, new linens and towels awaits your arrival.
The large kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with everything you need for preparing all your meals. The kitchen includes spacious cabinets, stainless appliances (electric stove, dishwasher, microwave and french door refrigerator). The breakfast nook has a table for 4 with additional counter seating. The dining room table also comfortably seats six or more.
The living room features a brand new 75” LED television with surround sound including Xfinity cable. Enjoy watching TV from the new Barcalounger power recliner couch and loveseat with plenty of comfortable seating for entertaining guests or simply enjoying a night in.
The master suite includes a new king size Tempurpedic ProBreeze memory foam mattress, new solid wood dresser/mirror, chest and nightstands in beautiful driftwood finish and new flat screen TV with cable. The master suite includes spacious his and her closets. The master bath has new fan/lights and granite counters for a feel of secluded luxury.
The second bedroom includes a new queen size Tempurpedic memory foam mattress, dresser, nightstand, and large closet.
The third bedroom includes a queen size mattress, nightstands (new dresser/mirror is on back order and hopefully coming soon).
A spacious airconditioned lanai is accessible from the living room or master bedroom and has a comfortable couch and loveseat for additional living space. A large open birdcage is off the lanai. A new Weber stainless steel barbecue grill provided for your enjoyment!
Laundry room with washer/dryer is also provided
This home is conveniently located equal distance from Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing Town Squares.
Yamaha 2 seater golf cart with roadside assistance provided.

With a Guest Village Resident ID* you have access to executive/championship golf courses and any recreational centers (including Olympic sized pools). Recreational centers offer outdoor activities and more than 500 indoor events. A temporary resident will have full resident member access to the amenities with resident rates. Summary: We rented this lovely Piedmont home for the month of March. Had no idea what "the Villages" even was until we got there! It's huge. We went there to golf, and we did get out every day of our stay. The house is almost too big for the 2 of us, but we appreciated the space. This would be perfect for 2 couples to rent, or if you had your kids and grandkids coming down. Plenty of enough space to spread out and not be on top of each other. Exceptionally CLEAN and to have recliners and a 75" tv with decent cable was huge to us for a month long stay. Kitchen has tons of baking dishes and glassware. (I'd suggest getting a regular coffee pot though vs. that single serve Keurig). We ended up buying a coffee pot as we found the single serve didn't quite keep up with us - ha! Nice outdoor screened-in patio with Weber and nice seating area and umbrella for shade. Very comfortable bed, plenty of linens and towels. Golf cart worked well and was pretty much our basic mode of transportation while there. A 5 minute car ride to the Publix. Walmart 20 minutes. Sumter Square was about 20 minutes away as well. This house is on the north end of the Villages, so you'll be always heading south to activities. We liked it up on that end, as there was less traffic overall. The house itself is on a cul-de-sac, but the rear of the house where you have the living spaces faces a main, busy road, so you will hear noise (those early morning golfers heading out by 7 a.m & the lawn service trucks), Kinda noisy when sitting outside on the patio, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Actually, entertaining to see all the different styled golf carts driving by. You do have a pool neighbor next door, but never saw them use it the whole month we were there. Another neighbor directly behind you who faces your patio, but again, never saw them outside. Could see them in their home though. Overall, this is an outstanding rental home. The owners are easy to work with. They've set it up for guests to live comfortably while there. They did require a $5,000 deposit which we thought was really high compared to any other place we've rented. Took an email to get it credited back to our credit card, so just passing that on for informational reasons. They have a beautiful home and want insurance for damage, so we get it. A very clean home, with comfortable furniture & well equipped. We'd return & would recommend it.

Summary: Very nice host. Location is great. Pools close by. House has everything you need to enjoy your time in the Villages. The house is well maintained. You get the morning newspaper each day. Convenient to Sumter Square, Spanish Springs Square, and all major shopping. Most items in the house are in new, or hardly used, condition. We look forward to our next visit.

Summary: Beautiful three bedroom home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Two car garage with golf cart included (which is a MUST to enjoy all that The Villages offers). Both a four-season porch and a large screened in lanai with a brand new large gas grill was wonderful. All furniture and ammenities such as cooking/eating utensils, linens and towels were also brand new. Our entire experience was top notch.
