Welcome to The Desert Nest: Your Next Getaway in Southern Arizona!
Unwind in a delightful 1,300 sqft, 4BR home that comfortably sleeps 9 in a serene neighborhood. Enjoy memorable moments in our brand new hot tub, beside a crackling bonfire, or lounging in the community pool & spa, all under Arizona's perfect skies. Ideal for families and friends, our haven promises unforgettable memories amidst modern luxury and tranquil comfort.
Must follow community noise ordinance at 9:00pm-7:00am. No events or large gatherings. Only two vehicles may be parked in the front of the house, one in the back gate and one just outside the back gate. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drugs of any kind are allowed on property or in the house. If any furniture is moved and not placed back where it was upon check in, there will be a $250 fee assessed. While we do not allow animals, guests with allergies should be advised that there have been dogs in the house. If unapproved animals are in the house, there will be a $250 fee assessed for additional cleaning. Guests must load dish washer with dirty dishes and start the cycle prior to check out. Guests are to not strip the beds. Guests are responsible for removing ashes/waste from burning in the outdoor spaces (firepit and grill) - failure to dispose of soot from fire pit will result in a $75 fee. Trash that does not fit (due to size, excess, or other reason) into the provided trash receptacle needs to be removed upon guests departure. Failure to remove excessive trash will result in a $75 fee. If people key is lost, there will be a $100 fee to replace the key. The guest may also contact us directly if they need assistance with trash removal. Must be at least 25 years old to book. Additional fees and taxes may apply. Photo ID may be required upon check-in.

Summary: We had a surprise family reunion and this was the perfect place for our family of 8! It was more spacious than I anticipated which was perfect. It had 4 bedrooms with more than enough space. Cornhole in the side yard was perfect for evening time! The pool key was a huge bonus and it was just a short walk. There was a toy bin in one of the rooms so that was perfect for my daughter during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Sierra Vista, AZ. Super convenient location & relaxed neighborhood.

Summary: This house was comfortable for 8 people. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and a centralized location when visiting Bisbee and Tombstone, AZ. It had games for adults and children available as well as outdoor games. A must stay!!!

Summary: We came to visit for a long weekend, our soldier stationed in Fort Huachuca. The house was the perfect size and the layout was great. Will be honest, I rented this place over others because of the upscale decor. I feel when listings show they care for the their property the rental will be better for me and my fam. Everything was super easy to access as clear directions were provided. The mattresses and sheets were extremely comfy. Each bedroom had a ceiling fan and a white noise machine which was fabulous! I would highly recommend anyone to rent this gorgeous home.
