Positive: We mostly just slept and watched some TV as we were gone doing activities during the day but it had everything you need to prepare meals. Fun Pacman game, fussball and other games available. Enjoyed the hot tub. It is close proximity to restaurants and shopping and LDS Church. We enjoyed ourselves.

Positive: This was the first time booking a place to stay on Booking.com. I was a little concern since none of my friends had used this website before. The communication was good. I got an email after I booked explaining what the process was. I got the address so I could plan the drive, The day before, I received an email with a reminder of the rules and what to do when we arrived. The next day, I got the door code to get in. We arrived and house was very clean and well equipped. We were on vacation and eat out for all of our meals but if we were going to cook, every appliance you could think of to cook with was there. Lol. Before we arrived, I messaged the owner about coffee pots. The house has a 14 cup coffee pot, a Keurig pot and a French press. There is a washer and dryer at the house that we used so we didn't have to take a lot of dirty clothes home. We parked in the back under the carport which is fenced. The area is a nice area and you will feel safe. Communication was great with the owner. If I travel back to the area, I will book this house again.

Negative: Drain in the tub was slow to drain but talked to the owner and got it going. Normal everyday stuff that homeowners have to contend with. Was no problem for us and we understand. If the owner isn't told about a problem, it will never get fixed.

Positive: Property was clean, game room was perfect for my grandchildren. Beds and linen were total comfort! We didn't use the fire pit or hot tub but they were accessible.

Negative: Hot tub takes a long time to heat up. Maybe preheat it prior to arrival for guests.
