Positive: This property lives up to it's name!! It's very central, just 15 mins away from airport or city or malls.. or beach.. grocery, pharmacy or eating out options near by. The neighbourhood is so quiet and well maintained.. can walk around freely.. the kitchen is well equipped.. I love absolutely everything about this place.. Will definitely rebook this place.. I have visited Curaçao multiple times and always tried new places to stay.. but I think I found THE PLACE... no need to book anywhere else.

Positive: The host was very efficient, polite and willing to answer any questions I had. He also has a pleasant and trusting personality. His English is also really good. As for the apartment, it was cozy, homey and clean. The decor is simple but lovely. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the few persons you see in the area, are polite enough to greet you with a smile. The location is pretty central, to some extent, between the airport and punda (town area), didn’t take long to get to and from the places. There is also a few minimarts and a supermarket nearby by. I also rented a car from him and there was no problems there either. With regards to both the house and the car, I was given the keys upfront, no issues there.
Negative: There were only 2 issues, but not really 'issues', that I had personally. One was that the living/dining area can get pretty hot in the afternoon because the sun shines directly in the room, but there is an AC unit in the bedroom so that solved that problem. Secondly, I couldn’t find anywhere to wash my clothes if I wanted to, but to be fair I didn’t ask because it really wasn’t a need as I was only there for 4days. However, because I couldn’t find anywhere to wash I’ll suggest traveling with sufficient clothes (though I guess that’s what most people do anyways).
Summary: Overall, I do love the place and would definitely recommend and I myself will 100% stay there again.

Positive: New modern apartment live up to its name! everything is New, beautiful, clean and smell so good! everything was thought in a way we can feel at home. The location is good, and the host is so kind, friendly and gave us all the attention we needed even before our stay!
Negative: The only thing that wasn't so good, it is that there is no aircon in the living room, and the apartment gets so warm! but, since Curacao is very windy, we can get some fresh air leaving the door and windows opened. The aircon in the room perfectly works!

Positive: If you have the opportunity to rent this spot please, do not skip! Our stay at the apartment was affordable and the host was always willing to help us and suggest things to do in the island. The amenities were great and everything fits with our needs! Indeed we’ll book once again.
