All new upscale over the top finishes inside and out: high ceilings, beautiful moldings, two modern designer crystal chandeliers, Travertine floors, and quartzite counters, backsplashes & waterfall kitchen island! This is a big city find in our relaxed tropical paradise! The double front doors open into the foyer, where the decor dazzles you. As you walk in, a glass door wall separates the dining room and great room from the beautiful outdoor living area. It can be opened up to create an indoor/outdoor paradise. Enjoy your stay outside in the heated salt water pool with swim shelf and spa with Spectacular basin view, & Dock with 85 feet of seawall. The outdoor shower makes transition from the pool to the living area easy! The grill master will be over the moon with the full outdoor kitchen on the stacked stone wall. The opulent travertine floors inside, flow into the travertine floors outside. Our Chef's Gourmet Kitchen is fully stocked with all new kitchen dishes, glasses, utensils, and all the essentials for cooking and bartending. The Chef will enjoy top end Samsung appliances (Induction Cooktop) and all the gadgets! The great room is complemented by a Wet Bar, an Office, and large smart TV, Coffered Ceilings, and all new modern furniture and decor. Enjoy 2 master suites with Designer Ensuite Bathrooms and doors to the Pool/Outdoor living area. Every inch of this property is first class and ready to welcome you, from the circular drive to the 3 car garage. The Garage is stocked with Bikes, Beach Umbrellas, Beach Toys, Pool Toys and games, ready for family fun. We are located in the Bird section of Punta Gorda Isles with the super accessible Buckley Pass for boating.
You are minutes from downtown Punta Gorda - with its own sense of time, enjoyment, and a laidback, friendly energy that has earned it the affection of locals and visitors. It is a paradise for fishermen, sailors, boaters, sun-worshipers and shoppers alike. It boasts wonderful restaurants, marinas, parks with paths to take that stroll and soak in the view. Be sure to find the local Village Brewhouse in Fishermen's village, enjoy an ice cream cone at Harbor Scoops, and watch the sunset while listening to music at TT's Tiki Hut. Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in the Punta Gorda area. The home was absolutely beautiful and fully stocked with all items needed for an enjoyable stay. The layout of the space was perfect, with the master suite on one side and the other two bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. Storage space was extremely plentiful throughout the house and the pool / lanai area was amazing and very relaxing. The property management group was extremely attentive. The only challenge we encountered was the tablet / wifi connection used to operate the pool and spa. There were some connectivity issues, but the property manager reached out immediately to assist. I would recommend including directions on how to re-boot the tablet and application used to run the pool and spa....it showed error messages multiple times that required refreshing the tablet. We would definitely consider staying at the house again in the future....it was a great home and a great location!

Summary: Stayed at property for 7 days just recently. Home seems to have freshly remodeled & everything is fresh & new. Beds & linens we're excellent. Enjoyed the pool & bikes. I'd definitely stay here again. Property manager was very responsive

Summary: We have visited the Punta Gorda area for years to see family. We have always stayed at the Wyvern Hotel and found ourselves wanting more. We tested the waters with the rental of this home and it was wonderful. Very, very clean property, easy check in and very responsive on any questions. If available, this will always be our first choice when visiting the area.

Summary: Newer home with beautiful appointments. Pool was beautiful. Unfortunately it wasn’t working due to new ownership/transferring apps. We did use it the morning we checked out. Wendy, the house manager, was awesome and tried to get the pool running, even coming over a couple of times to work on it. The location is superb!
