Summary: If you are choosing this property partially based on the tennis court and pool, you will be disappointed. You only get access to those if the owner is with you, and of course the owner didn't tell us that this was the case beforehand. He honestly shouldn't even show pictures of them because it's frankly extremely misleading.

Summary: I’d recommend letting people know there are stairs to all the rooms & more stairs to the bedrooms. Some rooms were updated. Some were not. The house was 80 degrees when we checked in & with no ceiling fans in any bedrooms it was hot! Convenient location was the one advantage.

Summary: Very clean, very comfortable three-level townhome in quiet neighborhood. If you're looking to see the sights of Baltimore and vicinity, but don't want to stay within the city itself, this is a great alternative. Close to shopping centers and grocery stores (Wegmans and Trader Joe's both within a mile or so) and a wide variety of dining options from your standard chain restaurants to various mom and pop shops offering every cuisine imaginable. The property owner was very responsive to every question we had and keeps breakfast options in stock in case you don't feel like running out to get a bite to eat early in the morning. The sleeping accommodations (3 bedrooms including a master suite with private bath) were clean and comfortable with bunk beds for the kids, which they always love. The kitchen has everything you need and three Smart TVs allow you to access your favorite streaming options when winding down for the day. There is also convenient access to major highways. We were able to get to the Inner Harbor in under 30 minutes and Adventure Park USA in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Summary: Stayed here for 10 days in between transitioning to a new place. Convenient and comfortable, the house is clean, close to a Wegmans and Trader Joes for easy shopping as well as a few takeout places and restaurants. The owner is extremely responsive and got back to my queries in minutes. I would definitely recommend this rental

Summary: We liked the location for quick trips to stores and taking a walk. Parking was great. Family room comfortably sat all of us. Loved the details of provided products: coffee machine and coffee for example. Loved the space of 3 floors. Owner was very responsive. I don’t believe you can change the thermostat but for most people it is probably set at a comfortable temperature. I happen to like it colder. We don’t drink so we left the gift of a bottle of wine but I’m sure that’s a nice touch for others. I appreciated having this VRBO and would rent it again gladly if I needed one in the area. No surprises which I really appreciate. Thank you for your service Patrick.

Summary: The property was exactly as described and the host was extremely timely in his responses to my questions. There are quite a few nice shopping areas nearby and the location is fairly accessible to the 695 beltway. There was plenty of coffee and snacks available. TV's in both bedrooms is a plus. Suggestions - there are plenty of plates and cookware, but the kitchen could use more silverware (adult-sized) and glassware. Also, some extra towels in the linen closet would be nice. Overall, we had a great experience. We felt comfortable here and I recommend this property.

Summary: The townhouse is comfortable, clean and well maintained. The owner replied to my questions quickly. Close to the Patapsco Trail system, overall we had a great weekend. Make sure to go to Mezcak Mexican Restaurant when you visit!

Summary: Place was perfect for our needs. 4 of us were in from out of town to visit family and this was a great location to visit family and take day trips to the surrounding sites. Corner unit was nice and enjoyed a few walks in the neighborhood. Be aware that the unit is near the highway; there is privacy from the highway but expect a bit of road noise. Patrick was a pleasure to communicate with and was very accommodating. Remote check in was easy, the beds were comfortable and the living room was a nice space to relax. Thank you for the stay.
