Positive: Very comfy and clean. Nice and helpful hosts. Good kitchen equipment and supplies, even provided salt, pepper, oil, milk, juice...

Negative: Just missing a small covered area outside (like in front of the entry for example) and it would have been a 10 :-)

Positive: Spacious comfortable, well appointed kitchen washing machine was a bonus! Clean and fresh and new. They had put alot of thought into nice details e.g crockery cutlery and all the kitchen basics like oil salt and pepper etc. Great spot so close to the beach and Dunsborough town centre.

Negative: Clearly new and well set up and will likely improve with time. Could do with more towel hanging spots. Lounge was comfortable but minimal could do with some side tables/ coffee table. Room would easily fit a larger lounge so seemed like a waste of the space not to fill it. Double bed when a queen would easily fit we felt was a lost opportunity. Communication was very functional but delayed when enquiring about booking plus other things during the booking. We are both airbnb hosts and have booked tonnes of airbnbs and really noticed the difference to other bookings we have made which are much more welcoming. Communication was much more clinical in comparison. We wish them all the best with the new listing!

Positive: Loved that there was a barbecue and kitchen with every tool you need. Very nice bathroom with great shower. Nice spacious bedroom. Good air conditioning.

Negative: A bigger couch would be a plus!
