Positive: Location was stunning , set in pretty Clapham village which was an escape from the city chaos Warm friendly welcome not only to us but our dogs which are so important to us and that was a great start !! Thank you ☺️ The room was spacious , clean and wow what an amazing four poster bed (we slept like logs) gorgeous clean fresh sheets. Love the sound of the stream nearby . We had a delicious evening dinner and house wine was 👌 .. we all enjoyed the fab food !! Breakfast was delicious we had full English and the sausage/bacon locally produced so that’s a 💯 All in all excellent many thanks ☺️ we will return Keep up the good work Thanks from us all

Positive: Excellent hotel, friendly and attentive staff who all looked like they were enjoying their jobs. Willing to go above and beyond with customer service.

Positive: The breakfast was fabulous, and the chap serving breakfast was lovely!

Negative: The chap that welcomed me was gruff. When I asked a basic question, he told me to wait until he’s finished speaking because he would have covered the answer to my question already.
