Summary: Great house for a group of people. Lots of room for people to hangout. Bedrooms were great. Only issue we had was WiFi basically did not work we ended using our cellphones as hot spots for the stay.

Summary: The house was fabulous! Very nicely remodeled, furnished and well-supplied. Our granddaughter loved learning ping-pong and shuffleboard, and family played the well-stocked game cabinet well into the night(s). VRBO sent me a reminder 72 hours in advance of check-in. After not hearing from host for more than 24 hours, I contacted host, who proposed to send the check-in instructions less than 24 hours in advance of check-in, which was too last minute for me in case host had an issue or VRBO website had outage (CrowdStrike?). After asking three times, host sent check-in instructions. Garage/house are located next to unpaved alley across from a bar, a nail salon, and some dilapidated houses. Two abandoned pickup trucks were directly across the alley from the garage, one spray-painted with graffiti, which caused personal/property safety concerns. Garage is undersized, so our car didn’t fit. There were tire tracks cutting sideways across the driveway, so seemed like the only safe/smart choice was to not park anywhere near the garage/driveway. During our stay, I sent texts to the phone number listed on VRBO because I was having trouble messaging on VRBO. Owner/host insisted on VRBO messaging even though they knew it wasn’t working. Basically, host communications were very poor before and during our stay – either they didn’t reply at all, their reply was non-responsive or indifferent, and then essentially said “don’t bother us.” Beware of poison ivy in front, back and side yards.

Summary: Couldn't have had a better experience with Andrew & Stephanie. This home served our group of ladies SO well (different levels of accessibility needs), we spent extra time away from our conference to enjoy time together visiting and resting. So spacious and well designed for our needs and families with kiddos if needed. The house was beautiful and prepared thoughtfully to the small details-- coffee bar, kitchen and dining spaces, bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and toiletries. Location seemed to be in a neighborhood being revived, and we felt safe. Lovely backyard that we wish we had more time to make use of it and just a few minutes from the conference center! We'd stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Summary: This place was perfect for my family and my sister's family! We had two master suites for both adult couples and then a room just for kids with bunk beds! The house was very clean and it had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer than just a couple of days. The only downfall was the neighborhood because it’s not the best and I got a nail in my tire from the alley you have to go to get to the driveway, but the owners can’t help that! We took an Uber to the Pacers game and then to a brewery the next night and it’s a quick/cheap trip. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Summary: We had 4 adults and 4 kids under age 9. The whole stay was wonderful. We were only about 15 min drive from the Children’s Museum which was the purpose of our trip. The place was incredibly clean. The bedrooms were all very nice with seemingly new mattresses. Super comfortable. Bunk beds that were great for the kids. One of the nicest VRBOs I have stayed in and I thought the price was very reasonable. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone.
