Summary: The mini blinds did not work properly, they smelled of marijuana. We used a bedspread to cover the open space. The room seemed to be clean. No lighting in the shower (water pressure was good). The lighting around the mirror was not very good. The deadbolt did not work ( it had the turning part on the door), but the plunger that makes it a deadbolt did not work because it was not there!! The girl at check in was very nice. I wanted a receipt of my credit card charge but she said since I booked on line she couldn't print it out. There should have been a way. With a name like The NEW Hochatown Lodge I expected it to be better!

Summary: The room was nice and clean. The air conditioning worked as it should. The shower was great. The parking was good.

Summary: I hair dryer didn't’ work. Toilet paper holder was half pulled off wall. Front desk was not very accessible. Porch light was on and had no on/off switch. Kept the room half lit all night.

Summary: Hotel room was disgusting. We were going to stay for two nights but left after the first night. When we arrived, the room was extremely dusty, and there was hair on the comforter as if it was not washed. There was two holes in the ceiling that were cut for maintenance, but not repaired and a chair in the middle of the room that was so disgusting. I would not let my kids sit on it. My daughter found small blood stains on the sheets when she woke up in the morning. I asked if it was from her she said no it must’ve been from who stayed before. We put that we went to the room cleaned on the door and was gone to the park all day. We came back. The room was the same, but they had made the beds. We pulled back the comforter to check and see if they had replaced the sheets and it was the same sheets so we pack her stuff up and left. Will not go back.

Summary: Our hotel stay exceeded our expectations! It was very clean, comfortable, and close to everything. We wanted to stay close to Beavers Bend Park and it is literally across the street from the main entrance.

Summary: The staff was amazing the room could’ve been cleaner but was horrible. The pool was totally unusable may be time of year maybe they hadn’t gotten it ready for summer. But for price and location it was a great deal even with no pool
