Welcome to Hacienda Estates a unique VRBO community of four custom homes set in the center of an extraordinary wine grape vineyard. Centrally located in the Lodi wine appellation and the geographically diverse Jahant sub-appellation, one of the oldest wine grape growing areas of California. The surrounding vineyard is a special clonal selection brought back from Uruguay in 2018, making this the only Tannat planting (the national wine grape of Uruguay) of this clonal selection in the country. Each house is named after its geographically aligned ”department” in Uruguay. There is Soriano (SW), Artigas (NW), Rivera (NE) and Maldonado (SE).
These beautiful homes are decorated with contemporary furnishings and finishes. The great room kitchen and family room is the perfect place for family and friends to gather and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding vineyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware and utensil service for 8 including basic pantry staples as listed in the amenities link. Amenities for children include a portable crib with sheets, highchair, and dishes. There is a private fenced yard and patio with a dining table for al fresco meals off of the great room. The attached two car garage with EV chargers is available for your private use and there are also two additional dedicated parking spaces outside. Solar power is produced from a large array of rooftop panels that provide renewable energy for a sustainable footprint. The homes have a full laundry room with supplies. All bed linens and towels are provided. Starter quantities of soaps and paper goods are provided for you and your guests.

Summary: Wonderful for our purposes. There was plenty of room; had lots of activities on the property (Bocci ball, horse shoes, basketball, table tennis, etc).

Summary: We needed a place for relatives from th e east coast to stay for 5 days for a wedding. This place held up to 28, was new and spotless. Alll our guests loved it and it was only 15 minutes from the wedding venue.

Summary: Hacienda Estate property was the best property I have ever stayed at with all my years renting VRBO properties. We rented all 4 house for a group of 24 and the properties were over the top. In the Vineyards of Lodi it was spectacular. Lots of play items- ping pong, Cornhole-every house, Bocce Ball, Horseshoes. at one house- very cool. The houses were impeccable!! Our Host- Property Manager Bella was so awesome with communication and checking in on our needs and satisfaction. Best Host ever! We will be back for more vacation and events!! Dave Hallagan

Summary: When I say this space is amazing, I am not kidding! the four homes are spacious, thoughtfully designed and feel like you can break off for quiet time while still being close. We used it for our corporate workshop and it was perfect for everyone. Even better than the property was Bella. Bella was communicative, thoughtful and so helpful! If I could take Bella with me to work for me I would. Cannot recommend this place enough
