On North Ocean Boulevard in North Myrtle Beach, we invite you to enjoy your beach vacation at our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo. Located directly on the Ocean in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach. This unit is on the 2nd floor of a five floor building providing easy access to the pool and beach. There are only 20 units in the building many of which are not rented making the complex quaint and boutique-like. This unit has been fully renovated to include quartz countertops throughout, Smart TVs in each bedroom, stainless steel appliances and modern furniture to include new cooling gel mattresses, new flooring, new washer/dryer, linens and towels.
Just a few steps to the sand and sea, not to mention a spectacular view from the oceanfront balcony. Cherry Grove is an excellent choice for your vacation where you will enjoy dining, golfing, shopping, fishing, or just sitting on the balcony feeling the ocean breezes and listening to the breaking waves.
Relax and enjoy your beach vacation in our oceanfront, three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium. Our unit is located on the 2nd floor of a five-floor condominium unit. The oceanfront pool and and outside shower is located inside the pool area and just after you leave the beach area. The beach station provides a 2nd shower. Three grills are on the property (propane and charcoal available)
We strive to bring you the perfect beach accommodations. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience, and guests are greeted with a clean open unit with lots of hospitality for your vacation. The unit was fully renovated in the fall of 2024 to include new flooring throughout
Ask anyone who has ever stayed on the oceanfront in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, and they will tell you it is one of the finest family beaches anywhere. Away from the traffic and crowds of other Myrtle Beach areas, yet close to all that the Grand Strand has to offer.
We have set up our family owned condominium unit to provide you with all of the amenities of home. When you walk into the unit through an entrance hall, looking to your right, the entire front of the unit is the view of the beach and ocean. This is the scene for the kitchen and den as both face the front of the unit. In the den you are provided with a 60 inch Smart TV for those of you who find relaxation in watching the ocean and your favorite show. A new air conditioning unit was installed in 2024.
Just behind the den is a dining room table which seats 4 and 2 bar stools for others to pull up a chair at the kitchen bar.
The kitchen has quartz counter tops and everything you should need including a blender, Keurig Coffee maker, regular pot coffee maker, wine glasses and other kitchen items just as in your own home. The most loved by our guests, the oceanfront, private balcony which provides a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Chairs and table are provided for your relaxation. We also recently added tile flooring to the outdoor balcony with new balcony furniture.
The unit sleeps six. Bedroom one (1) has newly installed modern flooring (hardwood-look) with a king-size bed and adjoining bathroom. A 43 inch Smart TV television is included. The bathroom includes sink/vanity area and tub/shower with brank new flooring and title for the tub/shower.
Bedroom two (2) has newly installed modern flooring (hardwood-look) and has a queen-size bed with adjoining bathroom. A 43-inch Smart TV is located in this bedroom as well. The bathroom has two sinks, large vanity area, and tub/shower. This has a walk-in newly tiled shower with large sliding door. New quartz countertops and new flooring.
The third bedroom is hardwood with twin beds . A 32 inch smart TV is located in the bedroom. The third bathroom includes a sink/vanity area and walk-in shower with access from the hall. Fully renovated in the fall 2024.
The complex was constructed in 1987. It was painted in 2020 and new stair rails and balcony rails installed in 2019. New common area carpet installed in 2022. The pool has pavers and fencing and is cleaned daily. The grounds are cleaned twice daily.
Note. The pier shown from balcony pictures is private and not available for use to this condo development. This condo development is mainly nonsmoking with one designated smoking area under the covered parking area.
Motorcycles, trailers nor golf carts are allowed on the property. Two parking passes for vehicles will be provided.
