Summary: The room was clean, neatly appointed, had added counter to groom away from the sink, and it was a pleasant surprise to have strong water pressure in the shower. Complimentary Japanese or American breakfast was simple but a satisfying way to start the day.

Summary: Big surprise at how nice the place was. Each staff member we encountered was beyond cordial and helpful. Enjoyed the American breakfast (didn't try the Japanese, but it looked interesting, too) and the readily available coffee in the lobby. Lots of dining options in a very walkable distance was also a nice plus. We'd stay here again whenever we're in the L.A. area.

Summary: Very lovely hotel. Quiet and clean. Friendly staff. I like the Japanese style breakfast. Rated 4 star for Property condition & facilities because there were no hand sanitizer or disinfecting wipes at the gym.
