Positive: This place was just great! David is a great host and an interesting person. Good conversation and good advices. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Great bed! The outside sitting area is nice and the WiFi works great everywhere. The breakfast was fresh, since there's an orchard in the property. Excellent coffee as well. The staff was very smiling and nice. I had a wonderful stay and I look forward to be back. Highly recommended.

Positive: I've been here 3 times now and I would only stay here in Arusha in future visits. After 5 weeks in the country, Gerald Anna and David are the best hosts that I have found in Tanzania. They treated me like a family member, Nothing was too much trouble for them, they really care for their guests.. They showed me some amazing spots in and around the town, lakes, waterfalls, local food, malls etc. They helped with everything from arranging cars, motorbike hire, safari, and much more. Hot Hot shower with good pressure. Nice environment. Will be back again. Thanks Guys.

Positive: New Dream House is a nice place in the Eastern part of Arusha. We just stayed for one short night before our departure, and found it very pleasant. The Owner David is super friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond hosting, and managed to book bus tickets for me and brought my friend to the airport. If you need a quiet and relaxing place to arrive in Arusha, this is a very good place to be.

Negative: Our room with bunk beds stayed quite hot during the night. Also, there was no mosquito net for the top bunk.

Positive: New, clean villa in a quiet location near a mountain river. The sitting room is lovely and there's a covered outdoor breakfast area with power sockets. About 10 minutes' walk to the highway where there's shopping and a nightclub.
