Summary: We needed to travel to the area to attend a robotics competition and needed a place to unwind in the evenings and cook our own food. The condo is situated such that the bedrooms are upstairs and share no walls with any neighbors, so they were nice and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals with ease.

Summary: I would stay here again. Nathan responded quickly to an issue we found at check-in, and that was much appreciated. I would also prefer that some basic supplies were stocked. I rented the condo for a 3-night stay with my daughter because it was near my mother and sister in Fenton. It served its purpose very well at a very reasonable price. The unit's kitchen was equipped with the basics, plus a Keurig which was convenient. The unit was very clean, except for a bird in the upstairs bedrooms (apparently got in as the cleaners were leaving a few days earlier). I got the bird out and Nathan had his cleaner come deal with the clean-up right away. The unit had no paper supplies except partial rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. There were also no dishwasher or laundry pods (but there was a LOT of various dish soap, so dealing with dishes wasn't a big problem). This is a great place to stay if you want something much, much better than a hotel when staying in the area. As said above, I would be happy to stay here again.

Summary: We had a great time at this rental. The owner was always available and ready to answer any questions. Perfect spot! Right off highway, easy access. Plus 2 miles from downtown Fenton, which was a cute little safe town that we walked around every night. We will rent again if we are ever in need of a place around fenton.
