New home in-town Lewes with a private heated pool (open through 10/15)! Available for shorter stays - inquire with your agent.
This five bedroom home in Mariners Retreat will take your breath away. Open floor plan with everything one could hope for in a vacation get-away property. Beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home and more from the gourmet kitchen to the living area perfect for a movie watching night. Or just head out back to the in-ground private pool for a dip after a hot day on the beach.
The first floor Owner's Suite has a sitting area with TV, a small office and a large bedroom with King bed. The ensuite bathroom boasts a large shower. This floor also has two powder rooms.
The second floor has a bedroom with two Queens (with private bathroom), a bedroom with a daybed (twin over trundle) and private bathroom and a bedroom with two twins. This floor also has an additional Owner's Suite with King bed and private bathroom. There is a second living area on this floor with TV and games.
So many wonderful places to spend some quality time together from the pool deck to the screened in sunroom with dining table and TV or the gourmet kitchen for those that want to test out a fun new recipe!
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, perfect for young children to ride bikes and scooters and just off of Fourth Street in downtown Lewes making for easy access to the the restaurants and shopping on Second Street or a bike ride to the start of the Georgetown/Lewes bike path.
This property comes with sheets and towels. Beds can be made for an extra fee.
Owner is also providing beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella.
This property does not allow pets. Owner will consider short stay rentals if available. Inquire with your agent.

Summary: Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house on 413 Virden Way is beautiful, however, it is clear it is a newer rental. There are multiple large mirrors leaning against the wall and my 2 year old son almost had one fall on him where he could have been severely injured. In addition, there is an 'attic' type space next to the room with two twin beds where there is exposed insulation and an open space where someone could potentially fall through the ceiling (THIS ROOM NEEDS TO BE LOCKED!!). Outside of this the house is beautiful and location is great but please look at the house from a perspective of a renter with small kids. There are multiple liabilities currently at this property.

The pool was perfect. the location was great. the house was clean and well stocked with beach towels and floats for the pool. the kitchen was well stocked, there was toilet paper in the bathrooms. We left coffee filters for the coffee maker and salt for next renters. Those were the only problem.
