Convenient location provides easy access to coffee shops, dining, shopping and everything Nashville. Short walk to beautiful Sevier park for events, trails or enjoy nearby yoga studios in this walkable, friendly neighborhood. Private access, off-street parking and contemporary styling make this the ideal spot for your visit to Nashville.

12 south offers fine dining restaurants, stylish designer boutiques and stores specializing in vintage guitars and quirky housewares. It is also home to the iconic " I BELIEVE IN NASHVILLE" mural a popular photo op for visitors. It's residential neighborhood is built around an elegant antebellum mansion, Sevire park has towering trees, picnic shelters and a playground.

We are located in Hip 12 South Neighborhood in the building where Draper James clothing store is located right next to the I believe in Nashville Sign !
We provide free parking we try to limit it to two vehicles per unit . Our building is secure you need a code for entry and a code for for your suite.

Located less than two miles from Belmont University, Vanderbilt University and Lipscomb University. "Howell Alley" runs beside the building, home of the famous "I Believe in Nashville" mural. We look forward to hosting you on your trip to Nashville.

This is a very walkable area a one stop shop anything you need is just steps away . If you want to go downtown it is a short Uber or Lyft

Summary: This condo could be my new favorite place to stay when I visit my son in Nashville. Location is ideal for enjoying the 12 South lifestyle. Safely walk everywhere in the area. Easy Uber transit to other parts of the city. Added bonus if you are cookie lover, Christie's snickerdoodle scent welcomes you home (cookie bakery located in the same building.)

Summary: We enjoyed our stay on 12 South! We have been to Nashville several times and each time have stayed in a different area. I knew this area was very safe and family oriented, which is why I chose it for this particular trip. The apartment was clean, the beds were very comfortable. I felt that the kitchen amenities were slightly lacking, there wasn’t a baking dish or a cooking sheet to be found. Also note, there were no plastic wraps or foil, parchment paper or anything like that. Most of the places I have stayed in the past have these items. These truly are minimal things as you don’t come to Nashville to stay inside and cook! The hosts were wonderful, responsive and very accommodating. I highly recommend the apartment and would love to stay here again.

Summary: Perfect location with great amenities. Parking included in the stay is a nice bonus. We were very appreciative the property included both k-cups and ground coffee and creamer!
