Positive: The villa was very close to the shopping and restaurant areas, but removed enough to be serene and relaxing. Our room was huge and absolutely lovely, with a big bathtub, balcony, dining area and even a small kitchenette. Parking was also easy and free.

Negative: We loved it all!

Summary: Gorgeous getaway weekend in peaceful setting with a warm and wonderful hostess.

Positive: An extremely charming little castle with private parking and a very nice host. The location is superb, just outside of Spa in a quiet street. A very nice hike of 14km along several water sources like Barisart starts only a few hundred meters from the property. The very luxurious breakfast is optional and is served at the door of the appartement. A nice little kitchen can be used to make a small meal. If you want to know how it is to live in a castle this is the place to be.

Negative: Nothing really. The property is of course relatively old (although very well maintained) so there can be a little noise from other guests.

Summary: We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed every minute !

Positive: My stay at this castle hotel was magical. The historical atmosphere made it unforgettable. The cozy rooms and friendly staff added to the charm. Highly recommend for a unique and enchanting experience.

Positive: Stay at New-Castle exceeded our expectations. It is amazing that such places still exist and the owners open the doors for others to experience how it is to live in an old castle. Very spacious place with thoughtful touches and antiques. Comfortable beds. Small and functional kitchen. Host's recommendations for restaurants in Spa were superb. Warm and kind host. Would definitely stay there again.

Negative: A very minor nuisance was changes in water temperature in the shower (sudden increase in the temperature).
